We face a rapidly accelerating shortage of nurses and nurse practitioners. If nothing changes, within about three years we will have 1 million fewer nurses than we need in the United States and 2 million in Europe. It is a similar trend around the world.

$6,200 pays for one semester of tuition, fees and books for a student studying in-state at a public college for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing ('BSN') to become a Registered Nurse ('RN')

$12,400 pays for one year of tuition, fees and books for a student studying in-state at a public college for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing to become a Registered Nurse.

$49,600 fully funds all four years of tuition, fees and books for one student studying at an in-state public college for the four years of study required to receive their BSN and become RN's.

$1 million fully funds the tuition, fees and books for 80 students studying at an in-state public college for a year of study towards their BSN to become RN's.
